We’re Doing Deals!

By Nyree Reushle

We’re doing deals… introducing buyers and sellers (minus handshake!).
Given the coronavirus situation, we wanted to let you know that we are open for business and actively working for our clients. All of our properties continue to be marketed and we are speaking with new buyers every day.

Here is a link to a recent sale that Bruce Douglas has successfully negotiated.

As some of the day-to-day things we all do may change for a short time, we thought we would share a list of things we can do for you that don’t require face to face contact.

1. You can engage us to start any marketing or property listing
2. Call us to discuss any of the properties we have for sale
3. Email for more information on any property
4. Private property inspections
5. Email contracts
6. Undertake preliminary investigations, plan marketing, advertising for your property
7. Last, but not least we are cloud-based, which means we can work from anywhere. This gives us agility and flexibility.

Please feel free to call any of the team or email us.

In the meantime, stay safe, wash your hands and perhaps a rural property is the best place to wait this out.

Regards
The Ray White Rural Team
