      Glendower Stage 3 Overview
      The Queensland Government will offer three more properties, once earmarked for the former Glendower Dam project around Beaudesert and Tabragalba for sale in the third stage of the open market sales program. The properties are a combination of large agricultural holdings and lifestyle properties.

      The first two stages have seen the completed disposal sale of 11 properties at auctions in June and August.

      On Friday 23rd November three more properties will be offered by auction. These properties comprise of 2 rural holdings and a lifestyle holding. The two substantial farms have frontage to the Albert River with irrigation licences, houses and sheds.
