Jez McNamara & Peter Douglas from Ray White Rural Brisbane have SOLD “Mount Beerwah Macadamia Farm” for $2.52 million at our in room auctions on Friday 8th March 2013. They first took the property to market in September last year under an ‘expressions of interest’ campaign. The property did not sell, however a proposal was put forward to auction the property in the New Year.
The property had 22 inspections from 50 inquiries. Auction day saw 8 registered bidders with competitive bidding from $1 million.
The property sold to Peter Grant of Grant Pastoral Company. It was offered by McGrath Nicol as Receivers and Managers Appointed.
At the highly competitive Ray White Rural and Livestock annual awards, local agency, Ray White Rural Queensland / Brisbane excitedly took away numerous awards.
