“Kingower” is being offered on behalf of Justin Walsh and Adam Nikitins as joint and several receivers and managers appointed. The main feature of “Kingower” is the gravity water harvesting system involving surge banks that have been constructed to direct water into the large water storages. In the past years the property has successfully produced a number of crops including Cotton, Corn, Seed Sunflowers, Wheat, Sorghum and Mungbeans. “Kingower” is located approximately 20km North West of Emerald and consists of approx. 3,262.2 hectares (approx. 8,060.89 acres) of Freehold land with approx. 550.5 hectares of irrigation country, approx. 655 hectares dry land cultivation, approx. 170 hectares cultivation under storages and approx. 1,300 hectares grazing/support land.
