The properties are a good mix of farming and grazing country with potential for more farming country if required.

“Munda” is located approximately 20 km east of Goondiwindi on the Cunningham Highway. It consists of approximately 1,944.59 ha of Freehold farming and grazing country with approximately 1,200 ha of country that is currently utilized for dryland cultivation. The property is watered with two flowing artesian bores, centrally located. These are capped and reticulated to troughs strategically placed around the property.

Structural improvements include: steel cattle yards with gravel road access and 4 unlicenced feed yards, subdivided into eight main paddocks with smaller holding paddocks, four bedroom air-conditioned timber home, six bedroom workers accommodation, steel machinery shed, grain silos and two silage bunks.

“Yarrilwanna” & “War War”, located approximately 50 km west of Goondiwindi and approximately 2 km north of Toobeah, will be offered in one parcel. The two properties consist of 3,828.23 ha of Freehold country with approximately 785 ha currently used for dry land cultivation and watered by permanent water holes in the Weir River, Yarrilwanna Creek.
