Northampton Downs” Sold for $13.59m
“Northampton Downs” is a 48,716 acre property located 20kms south east of Blackall. The property included three sets of steel cattle yards, 1465 head of cattle, quality grazing land, great water supply, a homestead, machinery sheds and plant equipment.
“Inverness” Sold for $13.925m
“Inverness” has a very strong reputation in the Blackall area turning off quality cattle. The 55,803.73 acre property is located 20kms south of Blackall it comprises developed grazing country, water supply, ECC 3500 head of cattle, a grand six bedroom homestead, two machinery sheds and a number of other buildings.
