Location
Saddleback is within 5km of Canungra and 25km from Nerang. The property has access from Upper Commera Road, Toe Holt Road and Darlington Range Road.
Canungra has a quiet village atmosphere and local shopping and rural services. There are schools at Canungra and buses to private schools in the area.
Saddleback is approximately 45 minutes from the Gold Coast and 70 minutes from Brisbane.

Water
The property has frontage to the Coomera River which is permanent. There is a pump on one of the major waterholes which pumps to a tank and gravity feeds to tanks and troughs on the surrounding paddocks.
The plateau has approximately 11 dams which are mainly thought to be spring fed. Many of these dams are fenced off and serviced by troughs. There is also a number of springs and smaller dams. A creek also runs through between Toe Holt Road and Darlington Range Road. There is also a dam on Darlington Range Road that can be fed by the Spring on Lot 9 to service the upper shelf.
Land
The land East of Upper Coomera road comprises rich alluvial flats. The country was used for irrigated crops and pastures for the Jarema Dairy. Lot 8 has underground mains in unknown condition. There are 5 titles in this area.
