      COUNTRY
      St Lucia is a mix of country comprised of the following breakup:
      Hamilton River channels approx 4,500ha Mitchell grass downs interspersed by gidyea shaded creeks and shallow valleys. Approx 6,000ha lighter open to pebbly shaded downs. Approx 29,500 ha of lighter open to shaded pebbly to stony downs. Approx 17,000 ha of the property consists of St Lucia Range running to low hills and extensive ranges. The country is timbered with a variety of gum, whitewood, gidyea, mulga and box. Native pastures include Mitchell grass, spinifex, gidyea burr and all the salines. Buffel grass has been introduced into the creeks and water courses.

      WATER
      St Lucia is watered by 6 bores, 4 of which are set with Solar tracker Submersible pumps. St Lucia bore is equipped with an electric submersible. Brighton bore water is accessed from Pathungra. Four open earth dams, three supplementary holes at bores. Five semi-permanent dug-out water holes. In season, the channels and water courses supplement the main waters.

      IMPROVEMENTS
      18 m x 12 m steel machinery shed. The original donga, kitchen and machinery shed are located at the hut bore.
      Two sets of steel cattle yards- both constructed within the last four years to handle 1,000 each.

      FENCING
      Subdivided into 6 main paddocks. Fencing is stock proof. New holding paddock at Hut Bore, new holding square at Fork Dam.

      CARRYING CAPACITY
