COUNTRY
"Mooney Valley" has an exceptional mix of Open Downs and semi open downs Mitchell grass country lightly timbered with Boree, Gidyea, Leopardwood, Vine Tree, Bloodwood and Bauhinia with large areas of Buffel infiltration. It also has the added advantage of having Jimmy's Creek, Middle Creek and Home Creek running through the property. The majority of the grasses are Mitchell grass, Buffel, Blue grass, Flinders and Herbages in season.

WATER
An artesian bore supplies water to four paddocks and the windmill pumps to a poly tank which provides water to another three paddocks. There is also water supplied from an artesian bore on adjoining property "Evora" to a poly tank and 2 troughs which waters two paddocks.

FENCING
The property is subdivided into five major paddocks and five holding paddocks. The older fencing consists of five plain wires and one barb on wooden posts. There is approximately 15 kilometres of new fencing consisting of two barbs and four plain on steel posts and two barbs and Ring Lock on steel posts. Laneway system drains 4 paddocks.

YARDS
